The City of Oxford, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WELL ABANDONMENT FOR PUNKIN WATER SYSTEM The Project includes the following Work: Abandonment of three water supply wells and conversion of a well to an observation well. Bids are requested for a single prime contract. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder for the Base Bid. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award. The City of Oxford reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of the City of Oxford, Mississippi.
