The City of Riverside ("City"), Public Utility Department/Water Division ("RPU") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Consultant") to provide geotechnical engineering services, including, but not limited to, geotechnical sampling and laboratory testing as well as field testing services on as needed basis for various water improvement and maintenance projects. The City anticipates selecting one (1) Consultant to provide the geotechnical engineering services in support of the design and construction of the various water projects within the jurisdiction of RPU. As responsible stewards of the environment, the City of Riverside Public Utilities requests for proposals seeking innovative, forward thinking, eco-friendly, and sustainability approaches. This includes considerations such as resource conservation, waste reduction, recyclability, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and pollutant releases.
