Plans include the construction of a 1,000-bed short-term detention facility with an expansion planned for a total of 5,000-beds in El Paso, Texas. As of September 24, 2025, a general contractor has been selected. All subcontract trades have been awarded. Construction started July 2025. Completion is expected on the expansion on September 30, 2027. *The value for this project is a FFP contract and covers all costs.
