Nova Scotia Community College invites Bids for the Completion of an AHU Replacement at the NSCC Institute of Technology Campus, 5685 Leeds Street, Halifax, NS. Documents can be obtained at https://procurement-portal.novascotia.ca or by email from evan.anstey@nscc.ca All potential Bidders who obtain bid documents must notify Evan Anstey at the Nova Scotia Community College, email: evan.anstey@nscc.ca Interested Bidders must contact Robbie Isner, NSCC Institute of Technology Campus Facilities Manager, at 902-476-1504, or by email at robbie.isner@nscc.ca in order to arrange a date and time to tour the work area to confirm the scope of work and to address any questions related to the work Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents may be submitted in writing by any bidder up to five (5) days before the closing of tenders. Bidders finding any discrepancies or omissions in the Tender Documents or having any doubt as to the meaning or intent of any part thereof, shall at once notify Evan Anstey at NSCC by e-mail at evan.anstey@nscc.ca. A discrepancy in the Contract Documents shall not limit the obligation of the Bidder to perform all of the work.
