**As of September 16th, 2025, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** The City of Marble is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabilitation of a Wastewater Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will consist of replacing the existing screen, activated sludge building, and clarifier mechanisms, along with rehabilitating the chlorination/dechlorination tanks and upsizing the solids handling systems. Improvements also include the addition of a filter building for phosphorus removal. The City of Marble plans to retain a CMAR firm to facilitate the cost evaluation, design, constructability, scheduling, and sequencing of work for the efficient use and proper allocation of available funds.
