Project # 549-25-524 Replace Domestic Hot Water Heat Exchanger Replace two heat exchangers in Building 1 at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive Division. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to remove the existing heat exchangers and install new units. The work includes demolition, installation, testing, and commissioning of the new heat exchangers, ensuring full integration with the existing mechanical systems.
