PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This early phase of work of the overall Swann Center 6-12 project consists of asbestos abatement and lead removal for all six buildings based on findings from recent testing. Selective demolition in the main building consists of any demolition required to access hazardous materials. Complete demolition of the (5) five annex buildings will include building structure down to the slab which is to remain. Additional packages may be added and deleted by the Owner and Construction Manager.
