Reference Number 0000299012 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/13 11:00:00 AM EDT 1 The following is a brief description of the work of the contract. More detailed and complete descriptions are included in other parts of this specification. 2 The contractor shall supply and pay for all labour, supervision/administration, materials, plant, equipment, and services necessary for the work of this contract, which includes: Tests, inspections, and reports. 3 All work shall be performed according to: a) Specific requirements herein described. b) The instructions and recommendations of the respective component manufacturers and equipment supplies. c) The requirements of the Ontario Fire Code, and through it, the Codes and Standards of the National Fire Code of Canada, Ontario Building Code, Canadian Electrical Code, and National Fire Protection Association. d) CAN/ULC S536-04 "Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems". f) Fire alarm system testing and inspection service shall be in accordance with CAN/ULC S536-13. This contract shall provide annual testing and inspection services as per the afore-mentioned code. g) During these tests and inspections, the Service Provider shall perform all annual work described in CAN/ULC S536-13. Employees performing the testing shall be Certified Fire Alarm Service Technicians, with substantial experience on Fire Alarm Systems and meet the qualifications of CAN/ULC S536-13.
