The work to be performed for the project includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials for the cleaning of the Oxidation Ditch. This includes removal and disposal of grit and debris within the Oxidation Ditch in preparation for rehabilitation work. The Work must be substantially completed by September 15, 2025. Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of the Manheim Area Water & Sewer Authority, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the extended Bid Amount, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured.
