WPCRLF Sewer Improvements City Clerk of the Town of Richton, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids in the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 206 Dogwood Avenue East, and then at said location opened and read aloud for furnishing the City's requirements All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% ofthe amount ofthe bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi. No bid may be withdrawn for a period ofsixty (60) days. The lowest and best proposal received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13 ofthe Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated and Amended, and other applicable State law; but the Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities.
