Project Description: The project consists of the removal and replacement of two HVAC ERV units. Both existing units are roof mounted. One new unit will be installed on the existing roof curb near the gymnasium. The second unit will be installed on grade adjacent to the ice rink. Work will include removal and replacement of interior ceiling finishes to allow for installation of new HVAC duct work and piping. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building(s) and ancillary on and off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: Construction related to the removal and replacement of two HVAC ERV units. Existing units are on the roof. One new unit will be located on an existing roof area and the second unit located on grade next to the existing building.
