Site work for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and road / highway.
Skanska is soliciting all interested subcontractors, as well as certified Small, Veteran, Minority & Woman owned BUSINESS ENTERPRISES for RFP 40 Brickyard to SR 527 - BRT Canyon Park Comfort Station Demo. This project has 5% SBE, 3% VOB, 10% MBE and 6% WBE participation goals. Skanska will select based on best value from all interested subcontractors submitting proposals, including SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE firms on this project. If you are a SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE firm, please indicate this with your proposal. All interested subcontractors, please indicate all lower tier SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE participation offered on your proposal as it will be evaluated with your price for best value. Skanska will assist qualified subcontractors, vendors, & suppliers in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. To permit maximum participation, when feasible Skanska will review breaking out scope packages and adjusting schedules to help permit maximum participation of SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE on the project. Subcontractor may be requested to furnish a bond, if required Skanska will pay bond premium up to 1%.
