Site work for a mixed-use development in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.

Contractor will repair forty-eight (48) bunkers totaling approximately 74,500 square feet (SF) at The Wilderness Golf Course to include: 1) Lay plywood to each bunker as they are repaired to protect existing turf grass. 2) Excavate existing bunker sand and pea gravel and remove offsite. 3) Remove then clean or replace existing perforated pipe within herringbone drainage ditch. 4) Re-establish / cut vertical edges of bunkers. 5) Place cleaned pea gravel. 6) Re-shape bunker faces and bottoms, if necessary. 7) Coordinate with City as they stabilize bunker faces and bottoms with bunker liner. 8) Fill bunker with bunker sand. 9) Smooth and level all bunkers to 5-in to 7-in bunker sand depth. 10) Vibratory plate compact all bunkers. 11) Repair edges of bunkers with new sod if required. 12) Remove all plywood upon completion of each bunker. The required bid documents are (One Original & One Copy) in a sealed envelope are: (1) Bid Form (2) Proposal (3) Statement of Experience of Bidder and (4) Bid Bond or Cashier Check. The deadline to ask questions is 8/08/2025 12:00 PM CST Electronic Submission All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
