We are rebuilding Hwy 12 near downtown Wayzata between Shoreline Dr. and Central Ave. N./Co. Rd. 101. Originally built in 1970, this section of Hwy 12 needs to be replaced to continue to serve residents and those that use the highway. We are repaving Hwy 12, replacing lighting, and making accessibility improvements between Central Ave. N. in Wayzata and I-494 in Minnetonka. We will also be repairing ramps along this section of Hwy 12. When work is finished, Hwy 12 will have a smoother road surface, improved lighting and visibility for motorists, and accessible sidewalks and bike paths.
