Renovation of a residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This project is for a single source, prime contractor to accomplish roof and building enclosure improvements at 1431 Linn Street. Questions shall be submitted in writing to michael.koch@cintimha.com. Responses to questions will be posted as an addendum to the website along with the other solicitation documents GENERAL A. Prevailing Wages 1. The Contractor is responsible to consider the Prevailing Wage determination. The Attached Wage Determination can be subject to change from the time of contractor walk through to the date the bid is due. Typically, the wage rates are updated/revised/modified on Friday's every week. To monitor the Wage Determination visit: www.wdol.gov D. Permits 1. The Contractor Shall Obtain all necessary permits fo r construction activities in accordance with Federal, State and Local Jurisdiction. The last day for questions is 8/11/2025 5pm
