The project involves roadway and parking lot rehabilitation of public use areas at the Harry S. Truman Lake Project. The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary for a complete installation, excluding any Government Furnished items. The work is divided into a Base Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and four Optional CLINs, which may or may not be exercised. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays, with weekend work requiring prior approval. The estimated magnitude of the project, including all options, is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contract will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 237310, with a period of performance of 270 days from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 270 calendar days.
