Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP #25-600) for North Shore Senior High School & Cobb Sixth Grade Campus Controls and Plant Replacement (GPISD Project B111). A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work includes : North Shore Senior High School: HVAC system upgrades at both central plants including but not limited to chiller replacement, pump replacement, new DDC controls and new piping in the central plants, boiler replacements, cooling tower refurbishment, AHU refurbishment, domestic water heater replacement and electrical upgrades to accommodate the HVAC. Cobb Sixth Grade Campus: HVAC system upgrades at central plant including but not limited to chiller replacement, pump replacement, new DDC controls and new piping in the central plant, boiler replacements, cooling tower refurbishment, AHU refurbishment. GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, the right to negotiate with any proposers after submission of proposals, and at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
