A timeline for the award has not yet been established** The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking a qualified landscape and hardscape contractor to carry out the installation of an accessible patio, walkway and associated curb ramps, wood pergola, and rehabilitation of the existing pollinator gardens at the New York Energy Zone visitors center in Utica, NY. The successful bidder will be responsible for all pre-construction planning, material procurement, demolition, and installations as required. This RFQ is being processed by New York Power Authority on the Ariba Network. There is NO registration fee and NO bid submission fee. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 – $75,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
