A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** ALEA Trooper Office Re-Roofing - The project consists of work described in contract documents.Work includes but is not limited to roofing replacement with new asphalt shingles and TPO low sloped roofing , some dormer removal with new wood framing infill and new plywood decking, gutter and downspout replacement, misc sheet metal . In addition the work shall include deteriated or rotten exterior wood trim replacement, rotten roof decking and framing replacement per Unit Prices and some exterior painting. A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidders proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
