Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. ("Company") or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for a restroom project at the Sallisaw Creek Park. The scope includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services to complete the restroom addition project in accordance with the design documents, plans, specifications, and project manual provided. Contractors are required to review all construction documents prior to submitting a bid. Contractor will be responsible for final grade and Sod placement of all exposed adjacent areas within project boundaries. All bids must be based on designs and will be later coordinated with the following design teams: 1. Architects: MGM Design Group, responsible for architectural drawings and overall design coordination 2. Civil Engineers: Wallace Design Collective, responsible for site work, grading, drainage, utilities, and civil site engineering 3. Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP) Engineers: Green Acorn, responsible for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design. 4. Structural Engineers: Be Structural Consultants, PLLC, responsible for structural design, foundation, and load-bearing calculations. Contractors are expected to thoroughly review and coordinate work across all disciplines as specified, ensuring full integration of architectural, civil, MEP, and structural systems into their construction approaches.
