The General scope of work is for the expansion of both the Men's and Women's Latrines and Shower Rooms. The existing women's latrine will be expanded into the existing men's latrine and adjacent office space, the existing men's latrine located at the existing drill hall will be expanded into the adjacent flex space/ lounge area; this portion of the renovation will require the existing finish floor to be filled/ raised to match the finish elevation at the flex space/ lounge that is currently at a higher elevation then the existing drill hall. The scope includes all related Finishes, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical upgrades as required to complete the work. The existing corridors and spaces directly affected by the scope will also receive new finished as defined on the contract drawings.
