**As of September 29, 2025, this project has been awarded to MBR Construction, Inc. it the amount of $951,472.75.** The work includes enhancements to the existing asphalt trail; replacement of the pedestrian lighting fixtures and tree pruning and protection to improve safety and preserve vegetation. All bids must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond The City of Oakland Park reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposals received, re-advertise for proposals, or take any similar actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
