Reference number: 20086725 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-11 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires tenders for : - Repairs and paving on Montée du Golf. Purpose of the contract: The Adjudicator must proceed with the complete repair of Montée du Golf. The work includes preparing the infrastructure, backfilling the granular base of the roadway, constructing the concrete curbs and pavement, laying the asphalt layers, repaving the private entrances, repairing the backs, grassing, pavement markings, as well as all the work and improvements required to complete the project. Excavation of the existing roadway will already have been completed. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the SEAO website. Fees are set according to the rates established by SEAO. A bid security of 10% of the bid price, including taxes, must accompany the bid.
