The Town of Wadena is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the provision of winter arena services at the Farmer and Friends Arena. Scope of Work Includes: Installation and removal of ice as part of seasonal arena use Daily operations of the Arena during the winter season Maintenance and cleaning of all Arena facilities Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Staffing to effectively manage and operate the Arena Submitting operational reports to the Town of Wadena as requested Potentially managing of user group and rental bookings The successful bidder will demonstrate experience in facility management, strong commitment to safety standards, and capacity to provide reliable staffing and reporting throughout the operational season. Provide separate tender pricing for with or without managing of user group and rental bookings. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Town of Wadena reserves the right not to select the lowest tender.
