Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Benbrook, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project is the installation of drainage improvements on Lake Shore Drive at the crossing of Dutch Branch Creek. The major work on the Project consists of installation of (6) 24" RCP culverts to improve capacity at the low water crossing with sloped concrete and rock riprap for erosion control. Project will include other miscellaneous items of construction as defined in the plans and specifications. Bidders wanting further information, interpretation or clarification of the Contract Documents must make their request in writing to the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening. Answers to all such requests will be made a part of the Contract Documents. No other explanation or interpretation will be considered official or binding. No interpretation of the meaning of specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the City Engineer, City of Benbrook, 911 Winscott Road, P.O. Box 26569, Benbrook, TX 76126 or to be given consideration, must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
