The project is expected to be awarded on October 23, 2025.** Anticipated Award Date: 10/23/2025 Emailed Bids will be received for the repair of the concrete walkway located between the existing mixed-use building and upper level of the two-level parking deck. Work required pursuant to this contract includes the following: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for the complete restoration of the existing walkway, the adjacent precast concrete building wall, door saddles, aluminum storefronts, and southern edge of the upper-level parking deck at Park 215. All bid proposals must be submitted on the designated forms. SCCIC reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bids must be completely filled out when submitted. SCCIC reserves the right to reject the low bid, or the unit prices when deemed in the best interest of the Owner, and to negotiate with the lowest qualified bidder.
