Mud Valley Road - Riprap Ditch, County: Cherokee County, Project limits: Lat. 3554'03"N and Long. 9501'47"W, name of road or highway: Mud Valley Road. Located in Cherokee County, this project is 500 feet in length. This project is 6" Riprap ditch liner for 500 feet of ditch protection. The Bidder must not make telephone or other oral inquiries concerning this Bid Notice or the Bid Proposal. All correspondence and questions regarding this Bid Notice and requests for additional information must be directed in writing on under Q & A, no later than 5:00 p.m., August 8, 2025. Responses to questions and any bid document updates and/or addendums will be posted on or before 5:00 p.m., August 12, 2025 Failure of the Bidder to receive responses to questions shall not relieve the Bidder from any obligation under a bid as submitted. The Cherokee Nation is receiving bids from qualified firms for the Mud Valley Road Project. The projects include placing 500 feet of 6" Riprap ditch liner. The project is on Mud Valley Road. Beginning approximately 2,226 feet east of the intersection of S480 Road and Mud Valley Road in Section 35, T17N, R21E, Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma; thence easterly on Mud Valley Road approximately 500 feet along the north centerline of the ditch to a point of termination in said section, Cherokee County, all in the State of Oklahoma. The work shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and services incidental to perform the work shown in the plans which include earthwork and placement of riprap all in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications for Mud Vally Road ("Project").
