The City of Hilliard is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced custodial service providers to deliver high-quality, reliable cleaning services at The Well, Hilliard's new Recreation and Wellness Center. The City of Hilliard is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced custodial service providers to deliver high-quality, reliable cleaning services at The Well, Hilliard's new Recreation and Wellness Center. This project will encompass two distinct scopes of service and contract executions - one on behalf of the City of Hilliard and the other for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center - with the intent to award both to a single vendor for continuity and efficiency. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, or to accept the proposal(s) which in the judgment of proper officials, is in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to accept a part or parts of a proposal unless otherwise restricted in the RFP or issue subsequent Requests for Proposal. The City reserves the right to approve or reject any sub-Contractors proposed for work under this proposal or waive any minor irregularities. A pre-proposal conference will not be held for this solicitation.
