The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions Due Date: Aug 6th 2025, 4:00 PM PDT EMWD is issuing this RFQ to shortlist qualified firms to perform as-needed Engineering Design related services based on the EMWD's needs. EMWD will select proposers based on their qualified expertise to perform engineering design services. Upon final selection, a short list will be established and one Agreement per category will be issued to the selected proposers for a two (2)-year period and one-year optional extension to be exercised at EMWD's sole discretion. Each qualified proposer would still be required to submit a proposal for each project and, if accepted, a Task Order will be issued under the Master Agreement detailing the specifics of each project. Any questions as to the meaning of the scope of work and/or technical specifications or other pre-proposal documents must be submitted in writing through online EMWD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, either separately or as a whole and to waive any informality in a proposal or to accept any proposal presented which it deems best suited to the interest of EMWD, and is not to be bound to accept the lowest price.
