SUMMARY OF WORK: Alterations to the existing men's and women's latrine located on the first floor. new men's latrine is being relocated to the existing women's latrine location and vice versa. Showers and lockers to be added to both latrines including, one accessible shower per latrine. all new flooring, ceilings and plumbing fixtures will be provided. Mechanically, an energy recovery unit on dunnage will be added and located on the roof above the latrines. Heat pumps will be added to each of the latrines. All new LED lighting will be provided in all ceilings. Fire protection / sprinklers will be modified to suit the renovated spaces. 2. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The performance period for this contract is Two Hundred Seventy days (270) calendar days from the notice to proceed.
