A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. The City of Indianapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the City after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
