Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

With RFP No. 25-011, the City of Bellaire is requesting respondents to submit competitive sealed proposals to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services for the renovation of an existing one-story building located at 5233-5235 Glenmont Drive, Houston, Texas 77081, of approximately 46,110 square feet to house the City of Bellaire Public Works Administration and Operations, Police Department Impound Lot, Parks and Recreation Field Crews and storage, and the Facilities Team. The building is expected to include approximately 20% conditioned occupied space, with the balance comprising warehouse or storage space. It is the intention of the City to make its selection via a one-step process through this RFP.
