Description

Renovation of a casino in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a casino.

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to perform the following work at the Painted Hand Casino located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Remove and dispose of approximately 7,434 sq. ft. of existing ceramic floor tile and ceramic baseboard tile. Supply and install approximately 7,023 sq. ft. of epoxy flooring. Supply and install approximately 411 sq. ft. of 3" epoxy coving (tied into floor) The Work may include but is not limited to: Site Preparation Access control and coordination Removal of Existing ceramic flooring and ceramic baseboards Dust Control and mitigation Surface Preparation Material Handling & Mixing Coving Installation Epoxy Flooring Application and tie-in with coving.
