Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide Pipe Lining and Other Services to rehabilitate a Wet Well in Sarasota County, FL, to include all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and technology necessary to perform the work in accordance with the Scope of Services and all referenced technical specifications. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price. Question Deadline 08/04/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Any inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the Quick Quote shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov Procurement. All questions must be received no later than the deadline specified in the solicitation. No verbal requests for information will be honored. DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method. Licenses/ Certifications* License and Certification requirements are specified in the bid (see Scope of Services No. 3, Licenses/Certifications) . License(s) must be active at time of bid opening. Certifications must be achieved prior to bid opening. Bidders who fail to submit proof of required licenses or certifications may be found non- responsive. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and technology, necessary to perform the pipe lining services described herein and in accordance with attached Technical Specifications 01505, 01550, 02400, 02539, 02540, 02757 (Attachment B - Appendix C). B. Contractor shall comply with attached Special Conditions (Attachment C Appendix B). C. Work consists of the rehabilitation of LS-085-0622 wet well within the Sarasota County wastewater collection system located at 2487 Waterview Court, Sarasota, FL, 34231. See Attachment D - Aerial View. Contractor shall perform the following tasks according to the aforementioned Technical Specifications. i. Cleaning wet well structure ii. Televising/Photographing wet well structure iii. Patching and Profiling 235 square feet of wet well structure iv. Applying Structure Polyurethane Resin Based Coating at 1/2"minimum thickness on 235 square feet of wet well structure. The product shall be SprayWall as manufactured by SprayRoq Protective Lining Systems, Birmingham, AL. v. Provide up to 2 days of Bypass Pumping using a 4" pump No delays in shipment of material or rendition of services will be permitted except as authorized by the County in writing. The County reserves the right to reject receipt of shipment and cancel this Purchase Order if Vendor is unable to provide delivery as required. Materials/services are subject to County inspection and approval. The County may return materials not meeting specifications at the Vendor's expense and risk. If applicable, Vendor shall provide County with all safety data sheets (SDSs) upon delivery of materials. This Purchase Order and the rights and obligations of the County and Vendor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any legal or judicial proceedings in connection with the enforcement or interpretation of this Purchase Order shall be in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Sarasota County, Florida. County and Vendor hereby waive any right to trial by jury for disputes arising out of this Purchase Order.
