The Town of Princeton (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Well #4 Upgrades for Climate Change project. The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal: Question Deadline 08/27/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Construction of new Well No. 7 and reconfiguration of existing Well No. 4 including submersible pumps & pitless units. Construction of treatment building enclosing UV disinfection units, chlorination, high lift pumps, and related electrical components. Separate baffled cast-in-place chlorine contact chamber having an effective volume of 142 cubic meters. Site works to accommodate the above items.
