Renovation of a municipal facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the removal anddisposal of the existing aluminum framed curtain wall system along the perimeter ofbuilding as outlined in the attached drawings. Work includes installing new membranes,minor brick work where required. New curtain wall to be made weather tight and secure atthe Provincial Court located at 5250 Spring Garden Road, Halifax, NS B3J 1E7 for aStipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. All work to beundertake over night and on weekends. Court to be secure at all times when curtain wallnot in place. Documents can be obtained from service.ariba.com As per section 1.5 of the RFC tender document Site Assessment, no General Contractors were in attendance of the Mandatory bidder's briefing and site examination meeting, therefore no Bids will be accepted and this RFC is CANCELLED.
