As of August 20, 2025, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. In general, the project consists of replacing timber stoplogs and seals in an existing pre-cast concrete riser and sealing riser joints to prevent leakage. Erosion control, earthwork, and site restoration activities are also included. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 No binding interpretation of the meaning or intent of the drawings, specifications, or other bidding documents will be made to any bidder orally. Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the Bid Deadline may not be answered. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by A/E in response to such requests will be issued by addenda via QuestCDN.com to all parties recorded as having downloaded the bidding documents. All addenda so issued shall become part of the bidding documents and shall be acknowledged with the bid. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under this bid as submitted. B.
