Pricing Lump sum BGIS is looking for a Supplier to supply/install three (3) new automatic door opening devices in Pavilion. The scope of work should include (but not be limited to): All new devices will need to properly align with and function with existing card readers. Three (3) doors require automatic door actuators with sensors. Two (2) are single doors, one (1) is a double door. As per CSA-B651-23, door actuators to be installed between 900-1100mm high from the finished floor. When they are installed adjacent to the door, they must be located 300mm measured from the frame on the push side of the door and 600mm measured from the frame on the pull side of the door to the centre of the actuator. If the door actuator is installed on the side wall of the door, it must not be located further than 1500mm measured from the wall (push side) or measured from the door leaf in open position (pull side). Door operators (overhead) must be adjusted to take 3 sec. or more to move from a closed to a fully open position and remain fully open for a minimum of 5 sec. Supplier is required to supply all necessary materials, tools and supplies to properly perform install. All tools / ladders 6' and 8' are recommended and are to be supplied by the supplier. For ease the step ladders can be left on site and secured with an individual company lock provided by the Supplier. Supplier will supply electricians to perform all necessary electrical work. Supplier will need to coordinate installation with NEXT Technologies. NEXT is the on-site team responsible for maintaining the badge readers.
