The Region of Waterloo (The Region) is seeking proposals from qualified, modular design-build teams to undertake the comprehensive design, construction and installation of two 88 space child care centre facilities on Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) school sites in Kitchener/Waterloo. The total square footage of the child care centre should be between 7,200 sq ft to 9,000 sq ft to maximize size within available modules/containers.
