Renovation of a military facility in Trout Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Remove and dispose of two existing ducted Carrier 5-ton heat pump systems, each over 20 years old and serviced with 3-phase power, from a zoned 4,500 square foot district office building. Supply and install two new heat pump systems to replace the existing units. The current heat pumps are located in a purpose-built shed adjacent to the office, while the furnaces are housed in a separate mechanical room. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, and the contractor is responsible for completing the project within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Offerors will be evaluated based on past performance, relevant experience, technical approach, and price. One Firm Fixed-Price contract will be awarded, and payment bonds will be required for awards equal to or greater than $35,000. Location: Mt. Adams Ranger District, 2455 Highway 141, Trout Lake, WA 98650 Period of Performance: 09/02/2025 to 12/01/2025 The Governments estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
