Site work and paving for a civil project in Minto, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) has contracted Bird Construction Group to act as the Construction Manager to complete the Central Regional Correctional Centre located in Minto, NB. This is a request for proposal (RFP) to perform either of the following scopes of work; TP.07a - PLUMBING & HEATING TP.07b - FIRE PROTECTION TP.07c - ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATIONS - ELECTRONIC SAFETY & SECURITY P.07d - VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (VAC) TP.07e - CONTROLS TP.07f - SITEWORK PHASE 2 AND BUILDING SERVICES TP.07g - ASPHALT PAVING & LINE MARKINGS TP.07h - CONCRETE REINFORCING PHASE 2 TP.07j - CONCRETE FINISHING For access to the RFP documents please contact Greg McKay via email at greg.mcKay@bird.ca or by cell (506) 451 3643.
