Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor Are Imposed as a Requirement of This Contract. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Bids Received Without Explanation. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
