Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Idabel, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

A summary of the scope of work for the project include: Rehabilitation of Existing Intake Structure Construction of Pretreatment Basin Rapid Mix and Splitter Box Two (2) 75' Solids contact clarifiers Four (4) Gravity multi-media filters 2.4-million-gallon prestressed concrete clearwell 1 ton cylinder Chlorine disinfection system in CMU building Chemical feed systems in metal building Lime Feed System including Silo Office/Lab/Operations/Shop in metal building High service, Transfer, and Backwash pumps in metal building Concrete-line waste ponds w/ decanters and decant lift station Backup generator w/ automatic transfer switch Associated piping, flow measurement and misc equipment with appurtenances Associated SCADA & Electrical system with appurtenances including elevated storage tanks connection to new SCADA system Demolition of existing water treatment plant building, clarifiers, filters, and chemical building. All work shall be complete and operational, including all testing, training, warranty and start-up services and all other work necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. It is anticipated that the project will bid in September/October with a Notice to Proceed date of December 2025. Scope of work to be completed is the construction of a new 3.2 MGD Water Treatment Plant adjacent to the existing WTP. None of the existing WTP will be utilized with the exception of the floating intake.
