Site work for a civil project in Gladewater, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The demolition of the existing Tyler Lift Station and construction of a new lift station of the same size and capacity outside of TxDOT ROW. Project also includes the removal or abandonment of the existing 6" gravity sewer lines and manholes that discharge into the lift station, as well as a small portion of the existing 4" force main. Approximately 1095 LF of new 6" gravity sewer main, 120 LF of new 4" force main, and 7 new manholes will be constructed within 10 feet of the new TxDOT ROW line. Question Deadline 09/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
