Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work is located in the communities of Elmsdale and Lantz, Nova Scotia. A street list is provided for provisional work which is not to be completed at the East Hants Sportsplex. Work under this Contract consists of the following: 1 Mill and pave of East Hants Sportsplex parking lot as described in the Tender Documents. 2 Provisional Planar Patching of various roads described in the Tender Documents. Question Deadline 08/18/2025 at 2:00 PM AT omissions, errors or ambiguities found in Contract Documents. If Owner considers that correction, explanation or interpretation is necessary; a written addendum will be issued. All addenda will form part of Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to amend the Contract Documents at any time and for any reason prior to tender closing by way of written addenda. Confirm in the tender form that all addenda have been received
