Description Tom Ridge Environmental Center Replace East Exterior Stair Presque Isle State Park Millcreek Township, Erie County Pennsylvania Work included under this contract consists of the demolition of the existing East exterior stairs including the existing concrete stair foundation. Clean, repair, and paint the existing members to remain in place. Install new concrete foundation, stairs, landings, railing and attach to the existing structural steel.
