The scope of this project is for the replacement of finishes and fixtures for the Living, Kitchen/Dining, Hallway and Bedrooms spaces as defined in the Drawings. Liberty Terrace South has 58 student apartments, and 2 staff apartments. This project is to be completed in two phases over two summers. Scope includes, but is not limited to; select demolition and replacements of flooring, kitchen cabinets, fixtures, appliances, kitchen electrical receptacles and painting. Add Alternate 1 includes replacements of light fixtures (in-kind), ceiling tile, and diffusers (in-kind) throughout the apartments. Add Alternate 2 includes replacement of apartment window blinds. -- Replacement of light fixtures (in-kind), ceiling tile, and diffusers (in-kind) throughout the apartments. -- Replacement of apartment window blinds. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders.
