Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pulaski, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and power facility.
Project work includes transform Dunbar Field from a neglected property into a multi-use park to compliment and connect the Village-owned parkland on the other side of the Salmon River. The proposed project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a walking trail, family picnic areas, restrooms, car chargers with solar panels, a batting cage, pickleball courts, a stage, improved and environmentally friendly parking areas, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant fishing access, security lighting and cameras, overlook areas, a playground, and pedestrian bridges over the Salmon River. As of August 25, 2025, this project is in the early conceptual phase. A design firm has not been selected as of yet. A firm timeline for construction timeline has not been determined.
