Site work for a mixed-use development in Thorsby, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The 2025 Road Improvements project consists of approximately 230 lineal meters of watermain removal and replacement complete with additional gate valve and hydrant installation. As well as approximately 3,125 square metres of roadway rehabilitation including pulverizing and cement stabilizing existing road structure, 75mm depth asphalt overlay, concrete curb and sidewalk spot repairs as required, adjustment of appurtenances.
