The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for the construction of a project Wellstar Center for Sports Excellence at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. Project Description: The new 20,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will serve all Kennesaw State University student athletes. The delivery method for this Project will be Construction Manager at-Risk and as a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional, and a Commissioning Agent in addition to the services of the CM/GC. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $13,200,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
